Show TWIN INFANTS DIED MONDAY David and Lillian Long, infant son. and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Long, diet! at the family resilience in this city Monday night a few hours after their birth. Owing to the serious illness of the mother no funeral services were held. The interment, which took place Tuesday, Tues-day, was under the .direction of A. Y.v Wheeler. ' While Mrs. Long was reported to be somewhat improved Wednesday sheds reported as being very, ill. Mrs. G. N. Johnson of ProVo has. returned to her home after spending spend-ing a week: with Mr. and Mrs; J M. W oat wood. Mrs. Johnson is a 'sister 'sis-ter to Mrs. Westwood. A nicely appointed dinner party-I party-I was given Sunday when Mrs. Hazel Shepherd entertained at her home in compliment to Mr. and Mrs. Andy Lindell of Salt Lake. 4 An interesting social affair of the week was the miscellaneous shower given by Miss Haroldine Martin and Misses' Mary and Lucy Roylnnee Monday evening at the homo of the latter, in compliment to Miss Maud Martin, a bride of this week. Mrs. Kenneth Condie with her mother, Mrs. John Childs as assisting assist-ing hostess delightfully entertained the members of (lie Alpha Beta club Friday afternoon. The lesson on "Folk Songs and Dances" was given by Mrs. Ernest Royor and Mrs.' A. C. Mini. The members of the Home Culture club were delight fully entertained Friday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Hugh Baxter. An art lecture with moving picture slides was given in a very interesting manner by J. F. Win gate. A discussion on the making of clothes for the babies of the unfortunate flood victims look place during which it was decided de-cided that each member would contribute con-tribute some new piece of clothing.
