Funeral held here for Thistle man Funeral services for Joseph (Hile) Shepherd, 77, a resident of Thistle, who died Monday, will be conducted today (Thursday) (Thurs-day) at 1 p.m., in the First ward. Bishop Harold Knutson of the Spanish Fork stake will officiate. Friends may call at the Wheeler Mortuary before the services. Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery. Mr. Shepherd had spent the past 20 years at Thistle, where he had retired as a D&RG railroad employee. Surviving besides his wife, Marie Jane Jones Shepherd, is one son, Franklin of Thistle and three grandchildren; also seven brothers and sisters, Charles and Louis M. Shep- |
