Show DELEGATES APPOINTED F0RC0UNC1L SPANISH FORK, March 3. John E. Booth, commander of department of Utah, American Legion, ha n appointed ap-pointed Dr. and Mrs. B. W. Black and Mr. nnd Mrs. Mark Lewis of Washington, D. C, to represent the Utah department at. the national patriotic pa-triotic conference to be held under the auspices of the National Patriotic Patri-otic council at the New Willard hotel in Washington, D. C March 5 and f!. Mr. Booth says the National Patriotic Pa-triotic council is a nation-wide pn-l.riut pn-l.riut ic organ iza t ion. It does not usurp the proving of any other established patriotic society, but functions rather as a clearing house for va rious accredited pat riot ic organizations, such as the Daughters Daugh-ters of the American Itevolution. Cnited States Daughters of 1812 and the American Legion and provides channels for the obtaining and dissemination dis-semination of authentic information looking toward the furtherance of true American patriotism, the teaching teach-ing of the? principles of loyalty to country and to the flag.
