Show •N E W S- Spanish Fork A6 • WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2008 Business of the Month Local realtor installed as VP • Realtor Kenny Parcell, 'a sales agent with RE/ MAX Results, in Spanish : Fork, will be the 2009 vice '. president of the Utah As: sociation of Realtors. Parcell, who was recently installed at the association's annual Inaugural Dinner, will replace Lerron Little, :of Provo, who is serving in the position for 2008. Parcell will officially begin his one-year term in : November, at the National Association of Realtors' Conference and Expo, in •Orlando. ; Parcell is the 2008 president of the Utah County Association of Realtors,and was recently the youngest person ever appointed to a position on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Realtors. He is a recipient of the Realtor of the Year award from the Utah County Association of Realtors, and was named one of Utah Valley Magazine's "Top 40 Entrepreneurs Under 40" in 2006. Parcell has been inducted into the Covering what matters most Kenny Parcell Chamber of Commerce RE/MAX Hall of Fame and is a RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. Other UAR officers were also installed. Realtor Chris Sloan, a branch broker with Group I Real Estate, in Tooele, will be 2009 president; Lerron Little, broker/owner of Capstone Real Estate in Provo, will be presidentelect; and Lori Chapman, an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Premier, in St. George, will be treasurer.
