The Fantasy in Frost idea originated three years ago as a fund Associated Women. raising project for SUSC Faculty-Staf- f The response to Fantasy in Frost has been overwhelming, says Doris Williamson, president of the SUSC womans organazation. Weve had huge crowds at the festival the two years its been held, including over 600 people on Saturday last year. The festivites will begin Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and run until 9 p.m. It will also be held Friday at that same time, and Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. Santa Claus will make his appearance the last day of the program. Several musical groups and dance ensembles from the campus and the community will provide continual entertainment in the SUSC Great Hall where the Christmas trees and doll house will be displayed. In addition to this, visitors to the Small Ballroom can sample a multitude of Christmas goodies in a bake sale to be held there. An admission charge of $1 for adults and 50 cents for children will be charged, with proceeds going to this years charity. The first holiday activity to be held at SUSC will be the annual Christmas tree lighting at 6 p.m. today. The public is invited to attend the program, to be held just north of the SUSC Science Building. Through the play, Renstrom discusses the customs of the Jews 2,000 years ago and how a woman like Mary would fit in such a culture. Renstrom was previously in the show Portrait of Emma, about Emma Hale Smith, the wife of Mormon Prophet Joseph Smith. She began working on her latest production about three years ago.
