Marty Prettyman was the only student to decline candidacy for student body office in Wednesday's Nominating Assembly. Prettyman dropped out after an abortive 30 second campaign for ASSUSC president. The field of candidates begin a campaign rush towards the February 25 primary with the survivors contending in the March 5 general election. Without a doubt, as student John Mayer Students may vote for three senators and one each in the presidential, academic vice president and administrative vice president races Wednesday. Polls are located at the Library, Centrum and Student Center and are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Students must have a picture I.D. Their names will be checked against registrar's records. "He visited Cedar City in 1984 to deliver the introductory address in Nov. 12 ceremonies held at the start of SUSC's highly successful Jewish Week Regional Director of the American Jewish Committee and is an adviser on community relations to a number of government, private and religious institutions. He served as a prime source for advice and counsel for Jewish Week at SUSC, the ambitious d project coordinated by then Assistant Provost for Academic Support Pauline H. Nelson.
