The Assassination Game begins again at SUSC Tuesday BY KON KONTOGIANNIS The Assassination Game will again be played on campus. Anyone interested in participating must attend a mandate zy preliminary meeting held Tuesday, Jan. 28 at 5 p.m. in the Student Center Lounge. At this meeting the rules of the game will be clarified and photos of each player will be taken and their portfolios set. A registration fee of 50 cents will be required for two reasons: to cover the costs of the dart guns (which will be supplied), and to attract only those individuals who are genuinely interested in playing the game. TAG was very successful last quarter according to Special Projects Coordinator Marty Harris, who said that 80 students were involved in a game that lasted about three weeks. After last quarters success, I expect around 0 people to get involved in TAG and I believe that almost everyone who played last quarter had a lot of fun, said Harris. The basic rules are that everybody has a victim and everybody is a potential victim and you must try to knock-of- f as many people as you can without getting killed. The winner will get gift certificate for Milts Stage Stop. 150-20- The primary reason people play TAG is not for the prize but because the game is a lot of fun. Its very different to be walking around campus and having to constantly look around you to see who is walking behind you and things like that, said Harris. TAG very good activity for the fact that you it except that you have to be very careful and, whenever you get a free moment, go after your victim, said Harris. is a dont have to spend that much time at When you shoot your victim, you will get a photo of your victims victim and continue going down the line until youre killed or until you win the game. |
