Larsen, assistant cashier. Mr. Cosgriff and his associates now control or have outstanding interests in the Bountiful State Bank at Bountiful; The Continental Bank and Trust Co., and its branches; the Bank of Spanish Fork; the Manti City Bank, and the Richfield Commercial and Savings Bank at Richfield. All these institutions, including the newest acquisition, have assets well in excess of $100 million. We are delighted to be associated with Mr. Crandall and we think purchase of the bank will give us statewide banking coverage in Utah.
