We have had one instructor with an average class size of 12 students at a time. There was no way he could simultaneously train that many students on the road. Now he will be able to have some students training on the simulator using different settings to simulate driving in snow or other weather conditions and on different types of roads. After they master the simulator the teacher can take them out on the road. Palmer stated, If a student is having trouble mastering any specific driving problem, we can put them in the simulator to go over and over driving with that condition before we take them back on the road. Last year we didnt get any snow to speak of and the students couldnt practice driving in that kind of weather. This machine will completely resolve problems like this.
