Show UTAH MEN DISCHARGED MTU. RUSSELL Forty-one Soldiers Released From Emergency Service Return to State. Between July IS and July 31 forty-one Utah soldiers received their discharges at Fort D. A. Russell, Wyoming, according accord-ing to a list received yesterday by Major Fred Jorgensen, adjutant general of Utah.
