The plan la to carry out reorganisation In each city ward nnd each county precinct through a chairman appointed in each ward to head a committee. The chairman and his committee will act only uatil the work la completed, and then a permanent chairman wile be named In each voting dlatrlct to Serve throughout the campaign. The committee which recommended the plan was composed of Joseph Thai, chairman; W. J. Parker, Stuart r. Johts, wade M. Johnson. H. H. Shurtilff and Amasa Hammon. The committee recommended the appointment of Charlea Doty aa chairman in the First ward; H. H. Seurt-llf- f In the Second ward; John Peder-ao- n In the Third; Stuart P. Dohbs in the Fourth, and Joseph Chei in the Fifth. Amasa Hammon, J. Francis Fowlea and D. D. McKay will organise the county. The nppolntments were confirmed and the chairmen will be instructed to begin reorganisation work at once. Mr. Chei tuggeated that the younger people be Interested In politic and that several social events be held early in the campaign so that the younger membera of the party may become acquainted.
