A special dispatch to tho Tribune, dated New York yesterday, states that Sullivan will attempt to knock out Jim Corbctt in four rounds in a meeting which is to take place within three weeks. Jack McAuliffe was up early this moruing, and about the first thing he did when he got downstairs from his room in the Cullen house, was to buy a Tribune.
