MRS KNIGHT DIES OF HEART ATTACK PROVO Dec 16 Funeral 16 Funeral services were being arranged today for Mrs Amanda McEwan Knight 81 widow of Jesse Knight pioneer mining man and capitalist who died at the family residence here Thursday of a n heart attack Mrs Knight was born in Salt Lake November 13 1651 1851 a daughter o of John and Amanda HIgbee McEwan The family moved here when Mrs Knight was a child and she was educated edu edu- Gated in the Benson school and the Cluff seminary I Following her marriage o oh on January 18 18 1860 in the Salt Lake L. L D. D S S. Endowment house the couple move moved to 0 a ranch near Payson from which Mr Knight prospected In the Tintic and other mining districts The They moved here In 1889 Mrs Knight had taken an active part in L.
