Show DEATH OF A PIONEER Mrs. Margaret Ann Merrill Mer-rill Dies After Half-Ccn-tun's Residence Here . Mrs. Margaret Ann; Merrill,', who has lived in Salt Lake for almost half a century, cen-tury, died this morning of old age,; in her 87th year. I She was born in New York City in 1816, came to Utah in 1852, living in Provo for three years. Since 1866 she has made her home in Bait Lake. Mrs. Merrill was the'wlfe of the late Albert Merrill, who died In, 1872. Twelve children were born to them, of whom Margaret, Ellen' and Marlon are now living, resident of Salt Lake.
