Show CLAIM DEATH DUE TO V-BLOW. Mr. Green died last Friday from paralysis. It Is claimed by some of his friends that the Indirect cause of his death was due to a blow which he received in the head some time ago from the butt end of a revolver in the hands of Deputy Sheriff Booth. Deputy Sheriff Booth had a writ of re- f levin to serve on Green, and while serv-ng serv-ng the same trouble arose between the two men, and It is claimed that Booth struck Green over the head with the butt end of his revolver. It is claimed that the blow caused a clot of blood on the brain, which later resulted in paralysis. pa-ralysis. Green was arrested charged with resisting an officer In the discharge of his duty. Mr. Green came to Utah from England nineteen years ago. He leaves a wife and four children. |
