Show MRS. ROGERS' BODY -IN, VAULT Funeral ; af a Hurdercss I Held This Hornnat Hoosick Falls. HOOSICK FALLS, N. T., Dec. 9. The body of Mary Mabel Rogers, who was executed at Windsor, Vt., yesterday, yester-day, was placed la a vault at St Mary's cemetery here early today, preparatory to the Interment in the presence of the family at 6 o'clock this morning. ' It had been generally supposed that the: body would be brought over, the Boston & Maine railroad to the station hers last night, and several hundred persons had gathered at the depot. To avoid this crowd, friends of the Rogers family appealed to the railroad officials to have the train stopped at Hoosick. This was done 'and the body removed from the baggage car at that station, where it was taken In charge by undertakers. The casket was placed in a wagon and driven to the cemetery. It had been planned to make an immediate im-mediate interment, but at the last moment mo-ment this plan was abandoned and the body placed In a vault to reinain there until the Interment at S o'clock, when the wish of relatives and friends for a final opening of the casket was granted. grant-ed. Meantime the vault was secured and an armed 'guard remained in charge. Awaiting the funeral party at the cemetery were Rev. Francis A.
