Show CHANGES IN RAILROADS Local Employees Anxious About What May Happen Hap-pen to Them. J. A. Edson yesterday assumed the general management of the Denver & Rio Grande system and J. M. Herbert, the former manager, went to the Colorado Colo-rado Southern. No other official changes of Importance are scheduled, but throughout the country there are the usual New Tear promotions for competent compe-tent railroad employees. The change of management of the Denver & Rio Grande Is looked upon by many of the company's local employees to mean a certain number of rearrangements rearrange-ments and changes among them, and a feeling of uncertainty is the result. It Is natural that Mr. Herbert will take some of his friends from the Denver & Rio Grande with him to his new road, and that Edson will want some of his old associates with him on the Western system. |
