When Mrs. Alexander Dunsmulr, " the mother of Edna Wallace Hopper, the actress, . died she left as part of her estate a $32,000 library. By the terms of her .will, the library was bequeathed to Russell C. Wilson, the young son of Attorney At-torney Mountford S. Wilson. It now develoDS that young Wilson will not be able to get the valuable library. On the death of Mrs. r Dunsmulr It was found that she had not paid a cent on the books, and the sellers of them presented pre-sented items against the estate for the-amount the-amount mentioned. ' When Attorney Wilson saw how matters mat-ters stood he let it be known that he did not want his son to take a book against .which there was a just claim, and he has maintained that position ever since. The estate is in process of settlement and the booksellers have been anxious for a settlement of their claims. ' ' |
