Show Task Forces in Action . . . . Early Childhood Learning Program at Matheson school. by Kirk Terry Efficient educational systems provide the means by which the student is afforded the opportunity to capitalize on his interests and refine his talents. The resulting product is a person who can fit into the complex structure of the community and leave the fruits of his efforts. Inabilities and disadvantages within people, if there is no effective system to identify and replace them with meaningful learning experiences, can stifle a person's desire to advance and leave the mark on the community he wishes to leave.
