Richard Prows, local builder and developer, spoke in support of the Bill, saying,"lt is clear that we cannot provide housing for the poor. We need these funds to do the job." He said he would only request that experienced builders, "professionals with the expertise" be on an advisory committee to work with the housing authorities. "This is a small price to pay for decent housing," he added. Sherman D.
