Sanpete, fal1 10 Beaver in second half December listings NSHS students North Sevier High School recently released the names of the students nominated as Student of the Month for December. Following are their responses to a questionaire prepared by a member of the yearbook staff Angela Ennoisthe daughter of Dan and Celya Enno of Of the month honored and her favorite part is lunch and her friends. She enjoys painting her nails, riding and playing with her computer. Her outside interests are guys and being with her friends. In the future she plans to become a secretary and get married. TylerNay is the son of Ellis Nay Salina. Angela is a freshman atNSHS. Her favorite subject in school is history, Venna and and her favorite part is the last bell. She enjoys singing, writing and reading, and her outside interest is drama. In the future she plans to be a history teacher. Clint Torgersen son is the of Donnie and Phyllis Torgersen of Aurora, Lost Creek. Clint is a freshman atNSHS. His favorite subject in school is math. and favorite part is last hour. He enjoys horses, cards, and his outside interests include baseball and sledding. In the future he plans to become an aerospace engineer. Melina is the Chappell daughter of Dee and Jerri Ivie and Mathew and Pat chappel all of Salina. Melina is a junior at NSHS. Her favorite subin school is math, and her favorite is the social aspect. She enjoys volleyball. Her outside interest is skiing. Dr Asper was sponsored by Lion Oren Bliss who presented the new member with his Lions Club pin and packet information. Dr. Asper is a dentist who has taken over the office formerly held by Dr. Ivan Hendrickson in the old First State Bank of Salina building on Main Street. He is a native of Salt Lake City and practiced there for several years before coming to Salina. He loves Salina and is happy to raise his family in our area. Lion treasurer, Jack Learning, gave a financial report of the multiple district convention held last November at the Black Hawk Arena. For the convention the club had receipts of just over $8,600 and expenditures of just over $8,500. The members of the club were happy to sponsor this outstanding convention and come out with just a little over $ 00 on the plus side.
