Mr. Keisel explained that district administrators have been working with principals, youth in custody personnel, the Juvenile Court, and Social Services in developing an official policy on student suspension and expulsion. Graduation schedules were set as follows: Thursday; May 26, 6 p.m., South Sevier High; Thursday, May 26, 8 p.m.. North Sevier High; Friday, May 27, 2 p.m. Richfield High. Restaffing recommendations were instigated due to the retirement of Hyrum Ipson. Staffing changes are to be as follows: Increase JoAnn McCOy two hours per day; increase Pam Williams two hours per day ; increase and change Dick Croopers responsibility to a supervisory role; increase Brady Carson to full time to allow consolidation of School Food Service Warehouse and the Sevier School NS MS District Supply Warehouse, and hire a half time mechanic. The next regular meeting of the Sevier District Board of Education will be held June 9, 1988 at 3 p.m. in the Sevier School District Office.
