Hance. by Larry Johnson On Friday evening, January 27, at the halftime of the South Rich Park City varsity basketball game, South Rich high schools precission marching team climaxed a months worth of hard work 'and presented their Future TroyettesV Under the .direction of Lori Bell President of the; South' Rich Troy-etteand Mrs. Louise Atchley, Advisor, this years drilf team took on the task of teaching drill routines to 93 young girls. They ranged in ages from kindergarten through eight grades. The routines were divided into three age groups with kindergarten, first and second grades performing to Goodie Two Shoes. The third, fourth, and fifth grades performed to n Girl and the sixth, seventh, and eighth did their routine to Human Touch. The capacity crowd in Trojan gym showed their appreciation and seemed to be extremely excited as they watched these 93 young girls perform their routines. Especially excited were the mamas, papas, grandmas, grandpas, aunts, and s, Up-Tow- uncles! Thanks and appreciation are in order to the drill team for all of their extra work that went into this program. It was all accomplished after school and on Saturdays. During the Paris, Idaho Stake Court of Honor, Theron Weston, Eric Forsberg and David Willis advanced to the rank of Tenderfoot. Jeff Jex became First Class, Ricky Johnson advanced to Second Class and Perry "Future Troyettes Mills became a Life Scout. Congratulations to all who worked to achieve rank.
