Show I FEBRUARY 17, 1987 L, Joseph C. Frisbey dies at 72 1977. He helped organize the AFGE local union, first at the Supply Depot and later at HAFB. He served as shop steward and was president of the union for one year. Surviving are his widow of Layton, two sons and four daughters, Joseph Lynn Frisbey, Magna; Wayne W. Frisbey, Layton; Mrs. Ted (Carole) Lung, Roy; Mrs! She was bom Feb. 26, 18 in Oak City, Utah to Anthony and Castina Lovell Christensen. Married LeRoy Antone Anderson April 16, 1924 in the Salt Lake Temple. He died Jan. 1, 1930. She had served as Relief Society president, counselor in the Relief Society, Jr. Sunday School coordinator, taught Sunday School, Primary, Relief Society and was Relief Society visiting teacher for many years. She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She had worked at Hill Air Force Base for 20 years. Surviving are one son and two daughters, Theron LeRoy Anderson, Arco, Ida.; Mrs. Arthur J.
