PUBLIC COMMENT ON FINDINGS All interested agencies, groups and persons disagreeing with this decision are in- vited to submit written comments for con- sideration by Davis County to the above address on or before February 19, 1987. It has been determined that such request for the release of funds will not constitute an action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment and accordingly Davis County has decided not to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (PL-190- ination and copying ). The reasons for such decision not to prepare such Statement are: an environmental assessment was performed in accordance with 24 CFR 58, potential impacts and mitigation measures were identified, and it was determined that there would be no significant impact. The story Little Lost Robot from the book Robot Dreams by Isaac Asimov was reviewed by Ann Gammon. He is the author of more than 300 books, of Antimony, Utah, a daughter of Volney Henry and Fannie Crittenden Wallace King. She married James William Webster Dec. 5, 1928 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died November of 1947. She married Arthur E. Oldham. They were later divorced. She had lived in Antimony, Utah, during her early years. She moved with her family to Garland and moved to Kaysville in 1924 where she had resided until her death. She attended public schools in Garland and graduated from Box Elder High School. She was an active member of the LDS Church where she served in the presidency of the Relief Society, Primary and MIA. She also served four LDS missions. She was former president of the PTA and was captain of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers Sunflower Camp. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Don (Doraine) Adams, Kaysville; Mrs. Gilbert (Elovee) Borski, Farmington; Mrs. Thomas (Angie) Williams, Silverdale, Wash.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Bill (Vera) Cowley, St. George; Mrs. Glen n (Alta) Stuart, Kaysville; and 20 greatg1 1 OLDHAM Calif.; Adron King, Parker, Ariz.; Raymond King, serving an LDS mission in Johannsburg, South Africa. Main, Kaysville, died Friday, Jan. 23, 1987 in Layton of injuries reacciceived in an auto-pedestri- an dent. He was bom July 14, 1939 in Randers, Denmark, a son of Hans Julian and Bergitte Kathrine Andersen Nielsen. He married Jeanne Louise Paterson Jan. 17, 1961. They were later divorced. He had been a meat cutter for Fellers Town and Country Meats. He came to the United States from Denmark with his parents in 1957. He had lived in California until 1978. He then moved to Kaysville where he resided until his death. He was an accomplished artist. He enjoyed pencil sketching and wood carving. Surviving are two sons, Kenny Nielsen, Kaysville; David Nielsen, Layton; and two grandchildren. Also surviving are his parents of Kaysville; two brothers, Andree William Nielsen, California; Cai Julian Nielsen, Kaysville. Services were held Monday, Jan. 26 at the Lindquists Kaysville Chapel with Bishop Melvin Peel of the Kaysville 7th Ward officiating. He died Sept. 9, 1966. She had lived in West Layton for 50 years. She was a member of the Layton i ns Ward where she had thught Primary and MIA. Surviving are two sons, Gary D. Flint and Marvin D. Flint, both of Layton; and one granddaughter, Jane S. M archant, who she reared. Also surviving are one brother and one sister, Donald S. Todd and Ethel T. Hayes, both of Ogden. She was preceded in death by two sons, Ronald Flint, Richard Flint and one daughter, Barbara Flint. Also four brothers and one sister.
