Show PROBATE NOTICE .-IN THE PRO 3 ATE Court in and for Utah County. Territory of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Isaac Nelso . deceased. Order appointing time and place for settlement settle-ment of final account and to near petition for distribution. On reading and filing the petition of Evan Wride, administrator of the estate of Isaac Ne son, deceased,- setting forth that he has filed his final account ot his administration upon said estate in this court, that all the debts and expenses of his aiminisrration of said said estate thus far incurred have been fully paid, and that a portion of said estate remains to be devided among the heirs of 6aid deceased, and praying among other things for an order allowing naid final account and of distribution' of the residue f f said estate among the persons entitled. en-titled. It is ordered that all persons interested in the estate of the said Isaac Nelson, deceased, be and appear before the Probate court of the County of Utah, at the courtroom of said court, in the County courthouse, on the 23d day of February, 1895, at 10 o'clock a. m. then and thereto 6how cause why an order alowing said final account and of distribution should not be made of the residue of said estate among the heirs and devises of the said Isaac Nelson, deceased, accordit gto law. It is further ordered that the clerk cause notice to bo posted in three public places in tltah countv and a copy of this order be published pub-lished in The Dispatch, a newspaper printed and circulated in Utah county, three weeks successively prior to said 23d day of February, WARREN N.
