Show Members of the democratic drum corps will be at the depot at 4:15 Saturday Satur-day afternoon to go to American Fork. The R. G. W. passenger No. 3 last night met with two accidents between here and Eareka. The heavy rainstorm rain-storm nd very darkjnight making it it possible for the engineer to see any distance dis-tance at all ahead of the train, was the cause. About a mile south of Spanish Fork two cows were run into and killed. The engine was also derailed and two hours time was lost. Some distance thi3 side of Goshen four horse3 were killed. The democratic meeting adveitised for Santaqum was not held owing, to- the-fact that the speakers were on the belated train. The gaudy uniforms of the republican republi-can drum corps suffered in last night's raiu, while they were in the parade at Springville. All of the red fire on the cannon exploded at once frightening the horses. It seemed for a time that many people would get hurt, but good fortune prevailed.
