Show NOTICE OF SALE UNDER DEED OF TRUST. Notice is hereby given by Everett W Wilson, trustee, in a certain deed of trust, wherein Juventa T. Beck is party ot the first part, Baid Wilson Is second party and J. Stearns Smith is the third party, or beneficiary, execu ted on the 23rd day of February, A. D. 1894, and duly acknowledged, which was recorded in the office of the recorder re-corder of deeds of Utah countv in the territory of Utah, at pages 149, 150 and 151 of book 24 of trust deeds, etc., whereby eaid Beck conveyed to said Smith, all the real estate hereinafter described, to secure the payment of three certain promissory notes of even date therewith. One in the sum of $1,000 and two in the sum of $100 each, executed by said Beck and the first note of $1,000 was delivered to said Smith by her, bearing interest at the rate of teD per cent, per annum, payable pay-able on the let days of July 'and Janu. IMIiuMUJUiUJ!Ufcglll ft" I il ary of each year, with interest coupons thereto attached each bearing interest inter-est at the rate of 12 per cent, per annum an-num after due. And by said deed and notea it was provided, that in case any interest on said $1,000 note should be in default for thirty days after it should become due, the principal sum thereof should become immediately immedi-ately due. And it was further provided pro-vided in said deed that in case default should be made in the payment of said note, or either of said interest cupons thereto attached, when due, said second party ehoiula sell Baid real estate to the highest bidder for cash, after having erven due notice as is in said deed required, upon the request of the legal bolder of said note, and the said Smith, holder of said note, baying notified me that the sum of $35.57 evidenced by one of said interest in-terest enpon notes which became due July 1, 1894, has not been paid, nor any part thereof, and that in consequence conse-quence of such default he haa elected to declare the principal sum of said $1,000 note due, and having requested me in writing to sell eaid premises in said deed described, in acccrJance with the provisions thereof and for the purposes pur-poses therein Bpecified, now therefore there-fore on Tuesday the twelfth (12th) day of March, A. D. 1S95, at the hour of 11 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, at the front door of the county courthouse court-house in the City ol Provo, in said Utah county, for the purposes aforesaid, afore-said, I shall sell to the highest bidder for cash, all the right title claim and interest, which said Juventa T. Beck haxl on the 23th dny of February A. D. 1894,or has since acquired in and to the following described real estate situate fn said Utah county, viz; the southeast south-east quarter ot section four (4), in township eir (6), south in range two (2), east of Salt Lake meridian, containing con-taining one liundred and sixty acres, Everett W.
