Plaiutut aueges thai plaintiff and defendant Intermarried at Nurnberg, Germany, on or about the 30th day of August, 1876, and ever since have teen and now are husband and wite; that the 4aintiff is, and has been a resident resi-dent of Utah terri-ory, lor more than one year preeeeding the commencement of this action. The defendant for more than five years last past has failed to provide plaintiff with the common necessaries of life. The defendant, de-fendant, disregarding his duties as a husband, has been guilty of habitual intemperance. For fuller particulars reference is hereby made to plaintiff's complaint on file herein. And you are hereby notiljed that if you Jail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief herein demanded and costs of suit.
