Show On The Bulletin Board Vivian Seastrand, Reporter There has been so much happening happen-ing on A. F.'s campus that I just don't know where to start. Last Friday our football team went thru Payson like a whirlwind with steady and efficient interference, ball carrying carry-ing and passing. The whole student body responded by getting behind the cheer leaders and showing they really appreciated the effort "our" team was putting forth. The Cavemen Cave-men won by a 33-14 score. A twenty-minute pep aseembly was given in which some of A. F.'s pep was exhibited. This Thursday we play our tradi- i tional grid battle with Lehi. Here's hoping the Cavemen triumph over their age-old competitors. It will be an interesting battle worth going to see. The Pep club are being fitted and measured for their new costumes, and will soon make their debut in their stunning red and white. Perhaps Per-haps the uniforms will give us all the pep that we sorely need. Can anyone tell what has become of Mr. Holmstead's little wooden board with the spinning needle? The whole school misses it and hopes it will be returned to bring back the old atmosphere of the history room. The lyceum assembly Tuesday, a marionette presentation, proved interesting in-teresting as well as thrilling, for the tiny dolls enacted "Snow White", which will hold enchantment always. . n |
