Show Cecelia Hicks and Thomas Scott Bytheway Plan Wedding in Temple Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rob-ert M. Hicks of Pleasant Grove, Utah are proud to announce announ-ce the marriage of their daughter, Cecelia to Mr. Thomas Scott Bytheway on Friday the 16th of February, 1S79. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Earl M. Bytheway of Salt Lake City, Utah. The marriage will take place in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Friday with a reception recep-tion and dancing to follow the same evening from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Timpanogos Tim-panogos Stake Center, 800 North 100 West in Pleasant Grove, Utah All friends and relatives of the families are cordially invited to attend. The bride will be wearing a gown she designed herself featureing a simple tie at the neck, a lace covered bodice, long full sleeves, and gathered tiers in the skirt. Her bridesmaids, dressed in blue and brown, will be her two younger sisters, Heidi and Jennifer Hicks. The best man will be the grooms brother, Kip Bytheway. Other members of the bride's family will be assisting in greeting of the guests. The groom has graduated from the University of Utah in 1976 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. The bride graduated from Brigham Young University in 1976 also with a degree in Electrical Engineering, she was the first female to graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering from BYU. After their marriage the couple will reside in Richfield, Utah. Honored guests will be Mrs. Phyllis Cannon Can-non and family from California, Mr. and Mrs. LaDrue Varney of American Fork, Mrs. Fern Hicks of Pleasant Grove, Mrs. Mabel Bytheway and Mr. and Mrs. R.W. Copeland of Salt Lake City. Prenuptial parties have been given by Mrs. Susan Barnes, Mrs. Elizabeth Passmore, Mrs. JoAnn Smith, Mrs. Darlene Bytheway, and Mrs. R.W. Copeland. |
