Rogers Rog-ers of Lindon are announcing the engagement and coming marriage of their daughter, Shauna, to Thomas E. Garfield, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Thom-as E. Garfield Sr. of Orem. The young couple have selected selec-ted Friday, June 21 as the date for their marriage with the ceremony to be solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. A wedding reception will be held the same night at the Lindon Lin-don Ward Chapel , 21 North Center, Lindon. All friends and relatives are cordially invited to attend the reception. The bride is a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School, and a 4-year Seminary graduate. gradu-ate. She was active in the debate team and has attended the Utah Technical College at Provo. She has worked as a secretary for the Seminary for nine months, and is currently employed in Pleasant Grove, i Mr. Garfield is a graduate of Orem High School and Seminary. Semin-ary. He attended the BYU before be-fore entering the service, where he served for three years, with 18 months being served in Vietnam. Viet-nam. He is currently employed in Provo. Following their marriage, the young couple will make their home in'Orem, where Mr. Garfield Gar-field will continue at the BYU.
