STERLING LOVELAND (Joyce Bullock) Wedding Reception in August Honors Young Couple After Wedding Rites Emerson R. Loveland, a brother broth-er of the groom, stood as best man. Mrs. Bullock wore a beige lace dress. The mother of the bridegroom bride-groom was attired in green and orchid nylon print. Both wore corsages cor-sages of yellow rosebuds. Soft organ music was played by Hal Haycock during the l'eceiving hours. Upon arrival the guests were greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Richard Rich-ard Loveland (brother and sister-in-law of the groom) and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Robbins (aunt and uncle of the bride.) Miss Doris Crystal served as hostess over the trousseau room. Mrs. Boyd Warnick was in charge of the gift display and was assisted by Mrs. Emerson Loveland, Love-land, Mrs. Alva Larsen, Brent and Harold Bullock. Gift bearers were Lynn Bullock, Linda Christiansen, Gloria Jorgensen and Neil Loveland. Love-land. Miss Mary Atwood was the hostess hos-tess in charge of serving. She was assisted by Sherrie Warburton, Diane West, Colleen Black, Jean Harper, Karen Christiansen, Na-dine Na-dine Nielsen. The guest register was presided over by Mrs. Val Dearden. The couple have returned from a honeymoon at Yellowstone Park and are now making their home in American Fork. A late summer wedding reception recep-tion was given in the Timpanogos Stake House August 15 by Mr. and Mrs. Harold H. Bullock for their daughter Joyce and Sterling G. Loveland, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. King Loveland of Provo. Huge baskets of white gladioli and bronze chrysanthemums formed form-ed the background for the bridal party. Throughout the room were beautiful arrangments of gladioli and mums. The newlyweds were married in the Salt ' Lake LDS Temple by president Raymond H. Clayton. Witnessing the ceremony were parents par-ents of the bride, the groom's mother, sister and brother-in-law of the bride, and a brother of the groom. After the ceremony, a lovely wedding breakfast was given by the groom's parents at Harmon's Cafe. There the bride wore a beige linen suit with pink accessories. For her wedding the bride wore a full floor-length gown of feathery feath-ery soft nylon tulle and imported Chantilly lace in old rose pattern. A graceful overskirt of tulle featured fea-tured wide panels down each side front. The lovely traditional bridal bodice of lace was regally detailed with a stand-up Queen Anne collar, col-lar, and a lovely design on the bodice bod-ice front embroidered with seed pearls. Long sheer lace pointice sleeves dipped over her wrists. A regal miniature queen's crown of baby pearls released a double sheer veil of bridal illusion to her fingertips. She carried a large yellow-throated white orchid nested nest-ed in yellow rosebuds and stephan-otis stephan-otis in a cascade. The bride's sister, who was the maid of honor and the bridesmaids wore matching mint green sheathe styled dresses and carried identical baskets of, bronze chrysanthemums. Bridesmaids were Arlene Jorgensen, Jorgen-sen, Geniel Simper, Elva Bryant and Betty Jean Alleman. |
