WAYNE FERGUSON Jeanne Hunt Became the Bride of Wayne Ferguson At Home Wedding In a simple but impressive home wedding, charming Miss Jeanne Hunt on Thursday evening even-ing became the bride of Wayne Ferguson. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Miles Hunt and her benedict is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Ferguson of Edgemont. Bishop Bis-hop Keith D. Miller officiated. Only immediate family and very close friends were in attendance. Later a reception honoring the popular young couple was held in the beautiful garden at the home of the bride's grandmother, Mrs. J. Y. Hunt. Here the just-weds just-weds were 'assisted in receiving relatives and friends by their parents par-ents and bridal party which included in-cluded Karolyn Hendrix, maid of honor; the bride's sister, Sandra, Mrs. Dean Anderson; and Elaine Ferguson and Loraine Hunt, junior jun-ior bridesmaids. J. D. Gordon stood as best man. The bride was beautiful in a gown of slipper -satin with - lace insets, bodice and sleeves, enhanced en-hanced with irridescents and pearls, full skirt with chapel train. Her viel of illusion fell from a dainty tiara of the same material and ssed pearls. She. oarried a large orchid, nestled in stephanotis and vanda orchids. Her attendants all donned lavender lav-ender organdy and held butterfly butter-fly white bouquets. The bride's mother donned a becoming beige gown while Mrs. Ferguson chose blue. Both pinned on lavender orchids. or-chids. Greeting guests upon their arrival ar-rival were Darrell and Rosalyn Eeveridge. Supervising the gift display were Mrs. David Elliott, Mavis McNiel, Marilyn Harsh, Nancy Walker and Judy Hunt, assisted by gift bearers DeOn and Mary Kay Beveridge and Dennis Ferguson. Lovely young ladies who served were Elma Rae Swenson, Mrs. Bud Johnson, Mrs. Dan BuckniEr, Miss Jean Richards, Mrs. Judy Nelson, Miss Lois Fugal, Helen Radmall and Marilyn Ferguson. Special guests at the memorable memor-able affair were the bride's grand parents, Mrs. J. G. Hunt and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Piatt. The young newlyweds are at home to friends at 265 East 10th South, Orem. |
