Show j Funeral Rites for J Gottlieb Hahn jHeld Monday Funeral services of Gottlieb C. Hahn, 59, were held Monday at 2 p.m. in theManila ward chapel ur.- I der the direction of Bishop Boyd Fugal. Mr. Hahn died early Wednesday Wed-nesday of last week in the Am- I erican",Fork hospital. Prelude music was played by Lucy Haycock and invocation was offered by L. M. Atwood. A duet by George and Ivan Monson, "That Silver Haired Daddy of Mine" was accompanied by Gwen Adams. I A sketch of the life of Mr. Hahn was given by Charles Warnick. First speaker was John Pulley who spoke of the oustanding qualities qual-ities of character of Mr. Hahn. H. V. Swensen spoke of his friendship friend-ship with Mr. Hahn and how he knew him. Merrill Warnick spoke of Mr. Hahn as a man of few words but as a very dependable man. George and Ivan Monsonn sang a duet "In the Gloaming" and Marie Brown sang "Say What is Truth." Benediction was given by Lawrence Law-rence Rawlings. Pallbearers were Charles Warnick, Warn-ick, Eldon Pack, John Iverson, Franklin Lonnings, Reuben Jepp-son. Jepp-son. Walter Hall. The grave was dedicated by Warnick Swenson. Mr. Hahn was born in Provo, Feb. 17, 1891, a son of Ernest and Johannah Keil Hahn. He married Annie Jeppson, Dec. 22, 1912 in Provo. She died in September of 1922. I He married Reva Iverson Sept. 15, 1925 in Provo, He is survived by his widow, I three daughters, Mrs. Franklin j Lonnings, Los Angeles, Mrs. Paul Leelseit, Miami Springs, Florida and Miss Janet Hahn, Pleasant Grove, three grandchildren, four sisters, Mrs. Hannah and Lucy Cook, Rupert Idaho, Mrs. Mary Parks, and Mrs. Annie Jeppson, Provo. |
