Show Funeral Rites Held Monday for Ella Parkinson Funeral services for Ella Bennett Parkinson, of Milford, were held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Berg Drawing Room Chapel Chap-el in Provo. Burial was in the Santaquin City Cemetery. Mrs. Parkinson was the mother of Mrs. Robert J. (Genevieve) (Gen-evieve) Emal of Pleasant Grove. Mrs. Parkinson was born July 3, 1897 in Spring Lake, a daughter of Samuel and Anna Josephine Andersen Bennet. She married Walter Samuel Parkinson in Evanston, Wyo., July 19, 1921. He died Aug. 28, 1956. She lived in Provo after her marriage, later moving to Mil-ford Mil-ford in 1923, where she lived until 1968. She lived in Paul, Ida., with a daughter for 15 months and then moved to Salt Lake City, where she lived until un-til the time of her death. Survivors include a son, John Paul, Salt Lake City; two daughters, Mrs. John W. (Ella Jean) Terry, Paul, Ida., and Mrs. Emal of Pleasant Grove. 11 grandchildren also survive. |
