Show Former Resident Dies In Salt Lake Funeral services were conducted Sunday in Salt Lake for Mosiah Mercer. 77, who died at a hospital there Friday morning, after a lingering linger-ing illness. Mr. Mercer w;as bom March 16, 1857, a son of John and Mary Ann Griffin Mercer, in American Fork, and had resided in Salt Lake City for the last 20 years. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Harvey Mercer, and the following fol-lowing children: Allie, Alfred and I Parley Mercer and Mrs. Hazel Harris all of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Bessie 'shrake, Portland, Ore.; four brothers, broth-ers, and sisters, Mrs. Ruth Poole, I Salt Lake City; Mrs. Mary McCarthy McCar-thy and Amman Mercer of McGrath, Canada, and Jediah Mercer of American Amer-ican Fork. 1 |
