Show PAYSON GOOD - Just One Year Old - K THE PAYSON CHRONICLE S Thursday, March 19, 1970 COOKS Corner Mrs. Thelma Lance I have been asked for the past few weeks, to repeat some of the Easter recipes that I featured last year. With your indulgence, I will do so: The first one is for an Easter dinner that bows to Spring. It is for: FOR HOLDING UP THE MAIL BAKED EASTER HAM Place whole ham, fat side up, on rack in shallow pan. Insert meat thermometer in center of the thickest part, tip not touching fat or bone. Bake in slow oven 325 for 1 - 12 hours depending on the kind of ham that you have chosen. (Cooked or uncooked) Half an hour before the ham is done, remove from the oven and pour fat drippings from the pan. If desired, score the ham fat, making cuts only 14 inch deep. Spoon orange marmalade over the ham. Continue baking about 30 minutes or till well glazed. Allow 12 to 34 pound uncooked-typ- e ham for each serving or 12 pound cooked, HIGH SPEED Dennis Downey, Benjamin. Great grandmother: Mrs. Mary Olsen of Nephi. Buy tomorrow. THIS SPACE Today. Buy US.
