She weighed only 4 lbs and 15 oz and is still in the hospital awaiting a few more pounds weight gain. She has four sisters anxiously awaiting her arrival home. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Paul Ewell of Spanish Fork and Mr. and Mrs. Leo Varnard Lee of Payson. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Watson and daughter Watson of Bountiful and Mrs. Larry Jones of Provo spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. DeVere Hall. Ra Dawn Mr. Ronald Hall is a member of the Broadway Musical cast Guys and Dolls to be presented by the Utah Valley Opera Assn in May. Mr. Hall will play the leading male Sky Masterson opposite Pat Cummings, a BYU student and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Cummings. Mr. Call presented and explained the plans he prepared in January, 1969, for the project. Mr. Call and Mr. Broadbent were asked to work on preparation of the plans and estimated costs, and to present them to the City Council at a later meeting. Mr. Broadbent also explained the work in the Payson area that has been done by the Utah Valley Industrial Development Association. He said a new road may be opened at Seventh North from the freeway to Fifth East, location of the site for the new Payson High School bus shops. Ross Syphus and Dean Hill, representatives of Engineers Inc. presented and explained plans for extention of culinary water and sewer system to the northeast freeway annexation. Mayor Howard Riley and members of the council approved a motion setting 21 years as the minimum age for anyone selling beer in Payson. In 1964 he returned to Payson, Utah and is in joint operation of the Wayman Fruit Farms with his brother. He married Marguerite Burr in 1951 and they have three children.
