Goshen News BY VIRGINIA ROBERTS Miss Karen Kirk spent the week end in St. George where she attended the wedding reception of a former classmate at Henagers Business College. Miss Kirk a graduate of Pay-so- n High school is currently employed at the Kennecott offices at Dividend. A group of Goshen ladies at tended a poetry recital in Salt Lake City Thursday evening given by the world famous Utah poet and author, Ora Pate Stewart. Preceding the entertainment the following were supper guests of Mrs. Marylynn Christensen, Attending were Mrs. Ruth Draper, Mrs. Avaleen Kirk, ghter at a Spring Fashion Show and luncheon at the Capitol Plaza given by the auxiliary of the Utah Home Builders of which Mrs. Christensen is the president. Last Tuesday afternoon the Ward Primary under the direction of President Merle Jones, assisted by Primary personnel, held a very lovely Primary spring Festival Party. She reports that a wonderful time was had by the youngsters of both Santaquin Wards who attended. Mr. and Mrs. Blanchard Greenhalgh of Santaquin were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Finch on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Roberts spent the week end in Salt Lake city at the home of their children, the John Roberts and Dan O. Christensen family.
