A fight which broke out behind L -the Main Street Post office at ; 71 1:15 p.m. Oct. 1, was brought under control by police. Three arrests were made and onlookers were sent to look onward. Officers assisted ambulance workers when an 18-year-old Park City man suffered a seizure on Main Street's LOO block Oct. 2. He was transported home by the medical team. The first charge was amended to a charge of disorderly Tconduct of which Eversole was found guilty. Both drug-related charges Iwere dismissed by Judge Medley. Eversole was ordered to pay fines and 'fees totaling $75. Clark B. Johnson, 29, of 57 Prospect Ave., Park City was found guilty of driving on a revoked or suspended license. The Judge suspended $150 of a $250 fine on the condition that Johnson show proof of possessing a valid driver's license to the court. Building starts drop slightly in September The Park City Building Department issued 91 building permits in September, compared to the previous month of August when 112 were issued, and a year ago for the same month when 72 were issued. The number of inspections conducted dropped slightly with 453 in September, 499 for August and 461 for September of 1990. Total building valuation this calendar year to date is well below those totals a year ago, standing at $29,666,269, while the figure during the same period last year was $43,618,602. The nature of building permits issued in September are as follows: 14 for single family homes, one for relocation or to demolish, two for signs and 34 for miscellaneous purposes. two month absence Oct. 3, she found a number of items missing and reported the burglary to police.
