F Billy OKeefe 75 a former Park City councilman councilman councilman council council- man and permanent president of the Park City Lions Club died Feb 14 in a Salt Lake City hospital after a long illness Mr OKeefe was city councilman councilman councilman coun coun- cilman in Park City over 19 years and was a member of the Knights of Columbus He was also a member of the US U.S. SteelWorkers Steel SteelWorkers SteelWorkers Workers of America He had served as vice president president president dent of the Utah State CIO Legislative Council for 12 years and later served as the vice president of the union As a city councilman in Park City he headed the construction of the Park C City i it t Y Memorial Building A son of William and Nora OKeefe he was born March 29 1892 in Leadville Colo He married Mary Flannigan Aug 7 1916 in Leadville She died in 1943 He married Amy Gay Aug 24 1962 in Elko EIko Nev Religious vows were later taken in St. St Marys of the Assumption Assumption Assumption As As- Catholic Church He is survived by his widow of Park City a son Leonard J.
