Unique Readers Theatre by PCHS readers theatre presentation of The Diary of Anne Frank will be given by eighth graders at the PCHS A auditorium on May 9th at 7:30 PM. Admission will be free. Readers theatre is a new concept which was originated in France. In the words of Mr. Bill Green, faculty director of the presentation, It is a verytimate theatre in which the audience sits on stage with the actors. It involves an interpretive reading of the script, not a memorized recital. The story itself will be a condensed version which depicts the trials of eight Jews, and the young Anne Frank in particular, who take refuge from the Nazis during WWII by hiding in an attic in Amsterdam. An exciting away game. First home game Saturday. In a see-sastruggle that saw the lead change hands five times, the Park City Muckers lost their first game of the season to the University of Utah Rugby Club, Though the spring vacation time finds the Muckers seriously shorthanded, a good last minute w 19-1- 5. recruiting program at The Club put together this weekends squad in time for the trip down to the University. Eight of Park Citys fifteen played their first game of rugby Saturday and if our club goes on to greater heights later this year, this game will be remembered for a valiant effort in which finesse and experience nearly succumbed to courage and . determination. The University Club took advantage of a stiff wind at its back to put three penalty kicks n the uprights for a quick nine points in the first half. Stormin Norm Hall picked up the won ball and carried it and half the enemy squad over for the try. Norms conversion attempt was good as was another conversion and two penalty kicks. Park Citys other Mean Dean twy came as Brown pulled over from about four yards out. Dean along with Dave Runyon and Cragger Judd, controlled lineout action for Park" City. Dean and Dave both sustained minor injuries in the game, but were more seriously crippled at the post-gam- e keg party. An excellent effort was turned in by Andy Caffey, whose experience and superb backfield play often pulled us out of trouble and threatened the University. Park City opens their home season this Saturday at 2:00 P.M. against the Dead Goat Saloon.
