Woods received his degree in Human Factors Engineering on May 30, 2001 from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. While attaining his academic pursuits at the academy, Casey earned his Jump (parachuting) Wing. He acted as a mentor for the Big Brother program and was the Honor Representative for Cadet Squadron 09. Upon completion of graduation, Casey returned to Colorado Springs to attain his Private Pilots Training and will report to Lauchlin Air Force Base in Del Rio, Texas for Pilots Raining on December 3, 2001. Casey’s final thoughts on graduation were, “It’s been a long tough road, but in all honesty, I wouldn’t trade it [the experience] for the world.” BIOGRAPHY cont. from page 9 Elijah II, a heritage of which to be proud, naturally dating back to Adam and Eve. TFNU Updates • With the help of Prop 1 funds, new flashing trail crossing signs are being installed along the Pineview Loop Pathway at the start of Skyline Trail as it crosses the highway at Pelican Beach, at Skyline near the top of the North Ogden Divide, and at the bottom of the Divide where the Bonneville Shoreline Trail crosses in North Ogden. • Thanks to everyone who came out recently to North Fork Park to help install a new bridge over Cutler’s Creek along the Long Loop Trail.
