Yancey, 69, editor of the Nashville Banner, died at his home here at 10:30 o'clock from heart trouble trou-ble following an attack of influenza four months ago Mr. Yanc wa.s regarded as one of the strongest editorial edi-torial writers In the south The last rommunication from him received at the Banner office three weeks ago by the managing editor was typical of his long dally newspaper newspa-per training. The note went on to explain where a photograph of him made in 1912 had been taken.
