Brewer Purchases the Vacant Place as a Site For a Brick Building- to be Occupied by the Brewer Dairy Supply Com- pany Concrete Foundation Is to Be Torn Out. The vacant lot just east of the Church of the Good Shepherd, on Twenty-fourth street near Grant avenue, ave-nue, was sold by tho Weber club today to-day to A. L. Brewer, tho consideration considera-tion being clQse to $11,000. Mr. Brewer took an option on the site Thursday and closed the doal today. to-day. Ho expects to consult an architect archi-tect Immediately for tho purpose of securing plans for tho orectlon of a brick building on tho site. The building build-ing when finished will be occupied by the A. 1m Brewer Dairy Supply company. com-pany. Jfr. Brewor hopes to have the now building orocted and ready for occupancy by fall. Tho lot on which tho building will bo erected is 42x132 feet. Tho shallow shal-low foundation which now occupies the site and which was la'id by tho Weber club, will bo torn out and a deep basement and retaining wall will ''be constructed. |
