Section 1 That all that part of Douglas Avenue from 20th to 21st Streets, Capitol Avenue fiom Jackson to Van Buren Avenues, Porter Avenue Ave-nue from 30th to 31st Streel;s and 30th j Street from Washington to Adams Avenues, (where sidewalks not previously pre-viously built) be and hereby is created creat-ed a sidewalk district, and" is named "Sidewalk District No 116."
