Exports of tho principal articles in the foreign commerce of the United States during dur-ing the month of October showed an Increase over the corresponding month of last year, and the total exports ex-ports for the year thus far exceed the l'-"9 figures, according to the monthly statement of the department of eonimerce and labor.
