Show FELL OUT OF BED AND DIED John Simpson, of Burley, Idaho, who came to Ogden four days ago to consult con-sult a physician, died of apoplexy at the Delaware rooming houno on Washington Wash-ington avonuo this morning shortly after 1 o'clock At 1 o'clock William Black, a man who was sleeping in a room adjoining that of Mr. Simpson, heard a noise, and whon ho went to Mr. Simpson's room found that ho had fallen out of bed. Ho assisted Mr. Simpson to his foet and remained with him until ho thought that he would be all right A few minutes later ho heard another disturbance in tho room and found, upon investigating, that Mr. Simpson had again fallen to the floor, and was gasping for breath. Dr. C. E Wardlelgh waB called, but before he could reach tho room Mr Simpson was dead. The polico took charge of Mr. Simpson's personal effects, ef-fects, and the body was sent to the Kirkendall undertaking parlors Mr. Simpson was a prosperous farmer farm-er who lived near Burley. Ho was born in Iowa, 82 years ago, came to Utah 35 years ago, and lived In Weber county 30 years. Ha lived at Hooper for a time, but had resided in Idaho for tho past five years. So far as is known, he leaves no relatives. Ho was a single man. oo |
