Show SANITATION, MILK AND CREAM Tho sanitary department of the city has taken up tho task of compiling statistics each mouth, showing tho sanitary conditions of eating houses In Ogdcn. The report also covers tho milk and ice cream supply- of the city. It has hoen determined by tho health department that a report of this kind shall bo made each month and published. pub-lished. The April report was compiled by City Inspector of Provisions Waller D. Child. In tho milk tests only ono dairy fell below the standard. inspector Child in submitting his report re-port for .April has subdivided the eating eat-ing houses Into five classes, with re-Bpect re-Bpect to sanitary condition. He found that in class A. scoring 90 to 100 points, there was not a cafo In tho city which attained this high standard. In class B, scoring SO to 89 Inclusive, the Potter cafe stands alone. If the consumer will refuse to ac copt such milk 'and report the next offense to tho food Inspector they will greatly aid in improving our city's milk supply.
